Industrial Park Security AI Video Analytics

AI solution for parks, campuses, communities, and warehouses: perimeter intrusion, line crossing, loitering, vehicle parking, fire lane occupation, license plate recognition, and event search.

This solution targets industrial parks, communities, schools, warehouses, and commercial properties that need perimeter protection and vehicle management.

Zone Design

Divide the site into perimeter walls, entrances, roads, parking areas, public spaces, and storage areas. Each layer can use line rules, region rules, direction rules, time schedules, and duration thresholds.

Park and perimeter deployment

Perimeter, vehicle, and access rules for industrial parks

Industrial parks commonly combine perimeter cameras, gate cameras, internal roads, loading areas, building entrances, and fire routes. The purpose of video analytics is to make selected departures from the site rules visible to the right team, with evidence that tells them where and when the event occurred.

Divide the park into rule types

Perimeter views can use intrusion, line-crossing, direction, and loitering rules. Gate and road views can use vehicle presence, wrong-way, parking, and optional plate association. Building and storage views often need access-route occupation or restricted-area rules. Each group benefits from different camera framing and alarm timing.

Make routes and zones unambiguous

Draw lines and regions around the intended road direction, protected boundary, gate lane, fire route, loading bay, or no-entry area. Use a dwell period for parking or loitering so a vehicle or person passing through does not generate the same result as a persistent occupation.

Support a central response workflow

A security or operations centre needs camera names, site location, event class, time, snapshot, severity, and an accessible video reference. Standardising those fields across buildings and zones makes it easier to filter events and send selected records to an existing management platform.

Review night and weather performance

Long-distance perimeter views, vehicle headlights, rain, fog, tree movement, shadows, and intermittent network links should be tested before a rule is put into continuous operation. A clear escalation path for low-confidence or ambiguous events prevents operators from treating every signal as equal.

Related planning: Industrial vehicle wrong-way and restricted-zone detection. The park design should reflect local access rules and privacy requirements for each camera zone.
