Customer challenge

The site already had CCTV coverage, but safety supervisors still relied on manual patrols and after-the-fact video review. PPE compliance needed to be detected earlier and recorded more clearly.

Deployment architecture

Existing RTSP camera streams were connected to an edge AI analytics device. AI events were generated locally and routed to the safety management workflow.

Product configuration

The project used an edge analytics approach so the customer could retain its existing camera infrastructure while adding AI detection capability.
